If you disagree with the following terms and conditions please call us to cancel your reservation within the free-of-charge time frame! Better for us, better for you!!!
Make sure that the phone number given in the booking is active on the day of your pick up!!! Respond to our texts! If you will not have a working cell number-cancel and book with another company.
1. Pick up  Instructions
Airports-Do not book one vehicle for passengers arriving on different flights! Pick up times at the airports will be the flight`s actual arrival time!!! If you put pick up time different than the flight`s arrival time, we will ignore that. Pick up at the airports without the flight`s number will not be executed. Pick ups with wrong flight numbers will be considered as a No Show and you will be charged 100%.

Airports Curbside:  Driver will text you as soon as you land. Respond to the texts and closely follow chauffeur’s instructions. On slow days, it takes the vehicle 10-12 minutes to arrive. On busy days- over 20. Be patient please!!! If anyone is at fault-it’s O’Hare!
Airports Meet And Greet:
Domestic flights-Driver will be at the baggage claim carousel assigned to your flight with your name on a sign/IPAD/cellphone screen. Chauffeur gets in 5-10 minutes after your plane lands.
International flights– Driver will be at the information desk with your name on a sign/IPAD/cellphone screen. Information Desk is in the middle of the terminal across THE NUTS ON CLARK STORE. Driver will text you as soon as you land. Respond to the texts and closely follow chauffeur’s instructions. Chauffeur gets in 30-40 minutes after your plane lands, unless you tell us that you have special/quick clearance.
Non-Airports: Driver will text you one hour before your pick up that he/she is on the way, and once again when on location.
2. Delayed/Diverted Flights
Delayed Flights- Many companies will cancel your ride if your flight is delayed. We will keep it, but take care of your chauffeur who has been waiting for you. Don’t be cheap!!! When you arrive from a delayed flight, you might experience a bit longer wait for your car to arrive.
Diverted Flights- If your flight gets diverted, we charge $100 extra. If your diverted flight gets canceled, we charge the trip cost + the $100 extra.

Airports : Domestic flights have 60 minutes included waiting time , International flights have 90 minutes included waiting time. Included waiting time starts after plane’s actual arrival at gate.

If we don’t hear from you within the included waiting time, driver will be released, a No Show considered and you will be charged 100%.

If you are running late due to Customs or delayed luggage, let us know within the included waiting time and driver will wait for you as long as needed but 1hr of service for the respected vehicle will be added to your bill ( $125 for sedans and $150 for SUVs). If you don’t agree to the extra charges, we will count that as Late Cancel from your side, driver will be released and you will be charged 100%.
Non-Airports: 10 minutes included waiting time.  If we don’t hear from you within the included waiting time, driver will be released, a No Show considered and you will be charged 100%.
If you are running late, let us know during the included waiting time and driver will wait for you as long as needed but 1hr of service for the respected vehicle will be added to your bill ( $125 for sedans and $150 for SUVs). If you don’t agree to the extra charges, we will count that as Late Cancel from your side, driver will be released and you will be charged 100%.
*Waiting Time policy explained: 
 The price you got is calculated with the free included waiting time. Based on that, that’s how the drivers’ schedules are made. We chase rides. We arrive even earlier in storms, heavy traffic, delayed/diverted flights and give you enough time to get ready and be in the car on time. We are never late for you, because the previous client came out on time.
   –What would happen if we show up late?  You will get stressed you will miss your flight or appointment? Ask for discount or free ride? We will ruin your day? What would happen if you show up late? It will affect us the same way. Driver will miss the next trip. Dispatch will get stressed to cover it. Your chauffeur will be stressed and not safe to drive. He will be nervous he will miss earnings. You don’t want chauffeur to speed to make it up for next trip!!! All that can be handled when you bear the consequences of being late and pay the extra charges.
4. Cancellation/Modification Policy- all requests must be done via email by responding to the confirmation email
Cancellations:
Airport transfers and Point-to-point trips in Sedans and SUVs cancelled in less than 6 hours before the pick up time will result in 100% charge.
Hourly Service, and all Stretches and Vans cancelled in less than 72 hours before the pick up time will result in 100% charge.
Modifications:
Try, but we may not accommodate your request, especially if it’s a last minute one.
FYI: In case your departure flight is delayed and we have assigned a driver to pick you up, you CANNOT push back your pick up time. You will have to either book a new vehicle for the new pick up time, keep the already assigned one Hourly, or go to the airport earlier.
We know it’s not your fault, but it’s not ours either, and driver needs to get paid.
5. Extras
Extra stop is only within a mile from the route!!! More than a mile, or multiple stops will add at least an extra hour of service to your bill. We have the right to refuse a last minute change of route request if vehicle has back to back trips. If we can accommodate you, you will be charged at our discretion.
6. Food and Drinks 
Food
We know how busy you are and we understand you have to eat. Respect our cars!!!. Get something that is not greasy, does not crumble and is easy to eat and preserve our spotless vehicles.
Drinks
Alcohol is illegal in any vehicles but those who have a divider between passenger and chauffeur.
Feel free to bring your favorite soda, etc. but make sure you do not spill.
There will be severe fees if car is messed up and it misses next rides!
7. Pets 
We love pets but all pets must be in carriers or caged. Must be painful for you but here is why:
Every pet leaves odor and sheds. We cannot afford our next client to get inside the vehicle and mess up his expensive clothing. Upholstery is expensive too.
If not in carriers, bring a blanket to lay on the areas where your pet will sit.
9. Tolls
For now we charge only the SKYWAY toll- both ways!
 You assume full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by you or any members of your party. A fee of whatever amount it costs us for each carpet spills or seat burn will be  applied. Full Detail car washes start from $500 at Waterway carwashes- Be careful!!!. Alcohol Consumption, smoking and use of illegal substances are PROHIBITED by law. Any fines will be paid for by you. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s), including but not limited to throwing objects through the windows, harassing drivers, pedestrians, etc.) . No food allowed in the vehicles. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!  No luggage allowed in the seating area of the vehicles. You are responsible for parking, tolls and any other fees that have occurred during the ride.
All deposits are NON refundable. 
Safety is our top priority!!! Do not ask our drivers to speed, perform unlawful U-turns, discharge at unsafe locations. If a driver does anything similar- notify the Boss right away!
We are not responsible for delays or the termination of a ride in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.), or caused by traffic or mechanical breakdown, or due to any other Acts of God Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
